Every appointment is another opportunity for me to enjoy my passion—so thank you in advance! Get ready for a Klashed experience ✨ ⸻ Important Policies & Terms By booking with LuxKlashedOutt, you agree to all policies below: • Lash Health First: If your lashes have been pulled out prior to your appointment or have major gapping, services may be declined. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking. • 24-Hour Fix Policy: A free fix is available within 24 hours only for major fallout. After 24 hours, discounted services or other solutions may be offered. • Social Media, Harassment & UOB: Concerns must be communicated directly before posting publicly. Any negative publicity, harassment, or defamatory behavior will result in a permanent ban and may be documented under UOB and escalated to legal authorities if necessary. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. • Fees: – Same-day booking fee: $25 – Early morning (8:00–10:30 AM) & late appointments (5:30–10:00 PM): $25 If not added at booking, fees will be added to your balance. • Appointment Prep: – Arrive with no oils or makeup – Remove contact lenses before arrival – No pet fur on clothing (allergy notice) • Payments: Remaining balance paid cash or through the booking site only. • All funds are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. • Clients have up to 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule without any additional charges. • Punctuality is required. A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will be added or the appointment may be cancelled at the artist’s discretion. • Same-Day Booking Fee: $25 • Early Morning & Late Appointment Fee: Appointments scheduled between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM or 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM will incur an additional $25 fee.
